Bethany, You are truly an inspiring person, and Soul Surfer inspired me. Now, I want to surf sooooooo badly, even though I don’t have a board. I even wrote a project on you and your passion for surfing. I REALLY want to meet you one day, and also one day I want to get a surfboard by Rip Curl. I live in PA, so i don’t have a very good access to Rip Curl. I’m only in 6th grade, so i really can’t do anything about it, either. But, if i do get a board, I want to become just like you, Bethany. Bethany! I just wanted to tell you, you are so inspirational! For you to continue what you enjoy and love even though tragedy struck, you kept going and that’s so awesome. I watch the movie, Soul Surfer every day to keep my hopes high and to let me know that if Bethany can fight through all of that, i can with stand anything that happens in my small town life. You’re such an inspiration and you’re so strong. Thank you for being who you are and never losing faith. ♥

I have a 3yr. old son who was born with no arms. We also have a friend who is 12 yrs old who was born with no arms and no legs. We have all met Nick V. and would love to connect with you if possible.
